As co-founder and Manging Director of Provide, I believe in never standing still. My primary focus is on the strategic outlook for Provide and I'm always looking for opportunities to keep the business moving forward, building and nurturing a team of innovators that can redefine the future of tech recruitment.

With over two decades in the industry, I recognise that it’s no longer about the race to the candidate. Instead, the new hiring landscape is driven by powerful narratives that help clients connect and engage with their target people.

Away from work, I enjoy keeping fit (more so than ever as I realise I'm only getting older!) and spending time with my family.

Invisibility.

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson. I think he's a very genuine character and I admire his entrepreneurial spirit.
